Own the entire revenue engine. Book demos, close deals, and win distribution before competitors catch up. Execute outbound sales while building SEO, social, and conference presence. Fill the calendar with demos that convert to contracts in weeks, not months. Move fast—speed matters more than perfection.

What You'll Ship

  • Execute outreach targeting AEC firms and specialized manufacturers
  • Book and run qualified demos with decision makers
  • Qualify leads and close deals in 30-60 day cycles
  • Build relationships with architects, engineers, and construction professionals
  • Execute SEO strategy ranking for 'CAD automation' and related searches
  • Build LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram presence where AEC professionals hang out
  • Drive conference circuit and thought leadership positioning
  • Write technical content AEC professionals actually read and share
  • Optimize funnels converting traffic to qualified leads
  • Drive actual revenue growth and hit aggressive targets

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years in B2B SaaS sales and/or growth
  • Track record of consistently hitting quota or driving measurable growth
  • Experience selling to or marketing for AEC, manufacturing, or construction preferred
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and sales execution
  • SEO and content marketing skills that drive real traffic
  • Social media execution with measurable business impact
  • Technical enough to understand and explain our product
